Terms of use

These terms cover your use of paynoramic.com. Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

What this site is

paynoramic.com presents the platforms, modules and services of Paynoramic, Calea Mosilor 229, Bucharest, Romania. The content is information, not an offer: delivery times, module lists and engagement models describe how we typically work, and every project is scoped and agreed in writing.

Example screens

The product screens shown on this site are demonstration renders. Names of companies, people, accounts, prices and transactions in them are fictional, and any resemblance to real ones is coincidental.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and images belong to Paynoramic or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content commercially without written permission. Platforms we deliver to clients are handed over under the terms of the respective agreement.

No warranty, limited liability

We keep the site accurate and available but provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Paynoramic is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or on sites we link to.

Contact form

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. How we handle the data you send is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Last updated 14 October 2026.
