Paynoramic Consulting

Advice from the people who build the platforms.

Before you build, buy or apply for a licence, get answers from a team that ships fintech and crypto platforms: what your licence asks of the technology, which providers fit, what your platform will take, and whether the one you are about to buy holds up.

  • 19modules we build and run
  • 180+providers we integrate
  • EU · UK · UAElicence rules we track

Who it is for

When the next decision is an expensive one.

  • 01

    Preparing a licence

You are applying as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA, to VARA in Dubai, or as an e-money or payment institution, and the regulator will ask how your systems work.

  • 02

    Choosing providers

KYC, card issuing, custody, banking rails: you want the right partner for your market before you sign a contract that is hard to leave.

  • 03

    Buying or investing

You are about to buy a platform, or invest in a company that runs one, and want an independent look at the technology first.

  • 04

    Building without a CTO

You have the business and the licence path, and need senior technical and product leadership a few days a month, not a full-time hire yet.

Engagements

Six ways we help, each with a clear result.

Each engagement has a scope agreed before work starts, and ends with something you can act on.

  • Licence readiness

The technical side of your application: the systems, controls and documents a MiCA, VARA, EMI or PI regulator asks about, held against what you have.

You getA gap list, and the plan to close it

  • Provider selection

Which KYC, card, custody, banking and payment providers fit your market, volumes and licence, from the providers our modules already connect to.

You getA shortlist with reasons, and introductions

  • Architecture and security review

A senior look at how your platform is built: the ledger, the integrations, security, scale and running costs.

You getA written review, with what to fix first

  • Technical due diligence

An independent review of a platform you plan to buy, or of a company you plan to invest in: code, architecture, security, team and roadmap.

You getA report of the risks and what they cost

  • Launch plan

From the idea to a dated plan: the modules you need, the providers, the licence path, the team and a realistic budget.

You getA plan you can take to investors, or to any builder

  • Fractional CTO and CPO

Senior technical and product leadership, part time: roadmaps, hiring, vendors and the decisions in between, until you hire your own.

You getBy the month, for as long as it helps

How it works

From a first call to a written answer.

  1. 01

    A first call

You tell us what you are deciding and by when. We tell you whether we can help, and how.

  2. 02

    A fixed scope

We agree what we will look at, what you receive and when, before any work starts.

  3. 03

    The work

Interviews with your team, your documents and, where it helps, your systems and code.

  4. 04

    A clear answer

A written result and a walk-through: what to do next, in what order, and what it will take.

Why us

We have built what we advise on.

  • We build these platforms

Exchanges, card apps, banking apps and payment gateways run on our module library. Our advice comes from shipping them.

  • We know the providers

Our modules connect to more than 180 providers, from Sumsub to Fireblocks, so we know how each integration behaves in production.

  • We track the rules

Our platform pages map the licence each market asks for, in the EU, the UK and the UAE, against the regulators' own texts.

  • Straight answers

If our own platform is the right fit, we say so. If it is not, we say that too, and who else to talk to.

Questions

What buyers ask about Paynoramic Consulting.

Is this legal advice?

No. We cover the technology and product side of your project and your licence application. Legal advice and the filings stay with your lawyers, and we work alongside them.

How is consulting priced?

Each engagement is scoped and priced before work starts, so you know what you get and what it costs. Fractional CTO and CPO support runs month to month.

Does consulting commit us to build with you?

No. Many engagements end with a plan you can take to any builder. If you later build with us, the work carries straight into the project.

Who will we work with?

Senior engineers and product people from the team that builds our platforms, not a separate sales team.

Which markets do you cover?

The EU, the UK and the UAE, Dubai's VARA included: the markets our platform pages map licence by licence.
