Our own backoffice, not a third party's
Paynoramic Backoffice is the console your teams run the platform from, and we build it into every platform we deliver. We tailor it to the product: the screens a card app's support team needs are not a brokerage's, and roles, permissions and approval steps follow how your organisation works.
Agents find a customer in seconds and see their accounts, cards, trades and cases together. Compliance reviews alerts, finance closes the day, and managers change fees, limits and content without a developer.
What it does in your platform
Backoffice
It is the console every team works in: a full view of every customer, transaction and case search, fees, limits and product settings, roles and permissions per team, two-person approval for sensitive actions and an audit log of every action.
How it works, from sign-in to the audit log
What a day in the backoffice looks like for your teams.
Staff sign in with the company login
Through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Keycloak, under the policies your IT team already set. The groups that come with the sign-in decide each person's role.
One search finds the customer
An agent sees the customer's accounts, cards, trades and cases on one screen, with their support tickets linked.
Actions follow the role
Permissions reach down to single actions and fields, and the actions you mark as sensitive wait for a second person's approval.
Every action is logged
Each one is recorded with who did it, when and from where, in a log that cannot be edited.
With your team's tools
Staff sign in with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Keycloak, and Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk tickets link to the customer they are about.
Customers, transactions and cases flow one way to BigQuery or Snowflake, where Metabase or the BI tool you already use reads them. Nothing there flows back into the platform.
When it fits
A strong fit when
- Several teams need the same view of each customer
- Sensitive changes need a second person's approval
- Every action must be logged under a person's name
Also worth a look
- Your own screens, built from the same components
How we get you live
Your teams and roles
We map who does what, and which actions need a second approval, with the people who run the platform.
Tailored to the product
We shape the screens around what you launch and the work your teams do every day.
Your company login
We connect staff sign-in, your support desk and your analytics tools, and test them on a staging copy.
Handed over
At launch you receive the backoffice's source code, with its documentation.
