    The company verified, once

The company signs up with its registration details, directors and owners, and the person running the account verifies their ID, while sanctions screening runs in the background. Anything unusual goes to your compliance team's review queue.

    • Business verification (KYB) and beneficial owners
    • Sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening
    • A review queue and an audit trail for your team

  2. 02

Dollars, euros and the week's payments

Dollars held as USDC and a euro account with its own IBAN, on one screen with the payments due this week. The company's own customers pay in by SEPA, or in stablecoins to its deposit address.

    • USDC in custody wallets, euros on a named IBAN
    • Payments due, and the ones waiting for approval
    • Incoming payments screened and recorded in the ledger
Carrack app home: 48,250.00 USDC next to €126,480.12 in a euro account with its IBAN, and payments due to suppliers in Brazil, Singapore and the Netherlands
  3. 03

Paid in USDC or in their own currency

The finance team chooses how the supplier is paid, in USDC to a wallet or in local currency to a bank account, and sees the rate, the fee and exactly what arrives before paying. The rate is held while a second person approves.

    • USDC to a wallet, or local currency by PIX, SPEI, SEPA and more
    • Rate and fee up front, the rate held
    • A second approval for large payments
Paying a supplier in Brazil: 24,000.00 USDC that arrives as R$ 130,128.00 by PIX, with the rate, the fee, the invoice, the rate lock and the approval it needs
  4. 04

Tracked until the supplier has it

Each payment shows where it is: approved, screened, converted, sent and received, every step with its time. The supplier gets an email with the receipt when the money lands, and your support team sees the same timeline.

    • A timestamp on every step
    • Screening before every payment
    • Returns and retries handled and explained
A payment to a supplier in Brazil on its way: approved by a second director, screened and converted, now being sent by PIX
  5. 05

A receipt the books can use

Every payment ends with a receipt carrying the invoice number, the rate, the fee and the payment references, ready to share with the supplier. The ledger keeps the company's accounting software in step.

    • Invoice number and payment references
    • PDF receipts for the supplier
    • Synced to Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or SAP

Questions

What buyers ask about white-label B2B stablecoin payments.

How do suppliers get paid?

In USDC, straight to their wallet, or in their own currency to their bank account. The FX module converts at a quoted rate, with your margin per currency pair, and the payouts module sends the money on local rails such as SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, ACH, SPEI and PIX, or by SWIFT, through payout networks such as Wise Platform, Nium and Currencycloud. Adding a country is usually a connector, not a rebuild.

How do businesses get paid?

Their customers pay into the euro IBAN by SEPA or SEPA Instant, or send stablecoins to the company's own deposit address on each chain. Every incoming payment is screened, credited and recorded in the ledger, and shows up in the app within seconds.

Which stablecoins and chains can they use?

Dollar stablecoins such as USDC, on the chains you choose: Ethereum, Solana, Base, Polygon and Arbitrum among them. Another EVM chain is mostly configuration; other chains need a new connector. Which tokens you can offer depends on your licence and the markets you serve.

What about licensing and compliance?

Holding stablecoins and moving money for businesses is regulated. In the EU it takes authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA, plus a payment institution or e-money licence for payouts in local currency, which since March 2026 can also be needed for holding and transferring e-money tokens such as USDC; the euro accounts come from a partner bank or e-money institution. In the UAE, the Central Bank licenses payment token services and limits which tokens may be used for payments, VARA licenses virtual asset services in Dubai outside the DIFC, and the FSRA does in Abu Dhabi Global Market. Many companies launch under a licensed partner first. The platform ships with KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, Travel Rule messaging and regulatory reporting, configured for your legal setup.

Do I really own 100% of the platform?

Yes. On launch you receive the full source code of the mobile apps, the account, wallet, FX and payout integrations and the backoffice, with infrastructure configuration and documentation. There is no licensing fee, no revenue share and no lock-in.
