Who Treezor is
Treezor is a Paris-based banking-as-a-service company founded in 2015 and licensed by France's ACPR as an electronic money institution, with its licences passported across Europe. Société Générale acquired it a few years after its launch, and in January 2026 entered exclusive negotiations to sell it to the French fintech Shares, subject to regulatory approval.
Fintechs and other companies use it to offer accounts, cards, SEPA payments and card acceptance under their own brand, through one contract and one API. That is why it is one of the banking-as-a-service providers our Accounts & IBANs module connects to.
What it does in your platform
Accounts & IBANs
Holds your customers' money in Treezor wallets, each with its own IBAN, and runs SEPA Credit Transfers, SEPA Instant and direct debits for them. Your brand is on the app; Treezor is the regulated institution behind it.
How the connection works
One connector in the Accounts & IBANs module talks to Treezor's API with OAuth 2.0 tokens over mutual TLS, and receives Treezor's webhooks, each carrying a signature computed from the payload and your webhook secret.
The customer signs up
The module creates the user at Treezor and sends the identity information Treezor's KYC process needs.
A wallet opens
A payment account wallet is created for the user, with its own IBAN.
Money arrives
A SEPA Instant transfer can arrive any day, at any time. Treezor creates a payin with a VALIDATED status and sends a payin.create webhook.
The ledger books it
The module checks the webhook's signature, posts the payin to the ledger and shows it on the customer's statement within seconds.
Money goes out
An instant transfer out is a payout: Treezor sends payout.create, then payout.update, balance.update and transaction.create once it is confirmed. Instant payouts cannot be cancelled.
Next to other providers
Treezor covers euro accounts, with payments and cards from the same provider. The module talks to it through the same interface as every other banking partner, so the app, the ledger and the statements look the same whichever partner holds an account.
Changing partner later does not change the app, though customers receive new IBANs under the new partner, a move we plan with you.

- Your customers expect an IBAN with their account and instant transfers at any hour.
- You serve customers in several European countries under licences passported across Europe.
Also worth a look

How we get you live
The contract
We help you get your Treezor account and contract in place, for the wallets and payment services you plan to offer.
The programme
We set up with you the wallet types, the KYC information Treezor needs, and local or virtual IBANs for your customers.
The keys
The client credentials, the mutual TLS certificate and the webhook secret stay in your platform's secrets.
A full test run
The flow runs first in Treezor's sandbox, where SEPA transfers and card payments are emulated and no real money moves.
