Questions

What buyers ask about a white-label gold savings app.

Who buys and stores the gold?

Your bullion and vault partner: a dealer that sells the gold and a vault that keeps it, often the same company. A customer's grams are booked in the ledger the moment they buy, the app settles with the partner in the background, and the ledger is reconciled every day against the partner's statement. The library has no bullion connector yet, so we build the one to your partner as part of the work.

Who sets the price of a gram?

You do, on top of your partner's live price: a margin and fees you set in the backoffice, by amount or customer tier. Customers see the price per gram, the fee and exactly how much gold they get before they pay, and the quoted price holds while they confirm.

How do customers pay in and get paid out?

They buy by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the checkout module, or by bank payment, and savings plans buy on the chosen day with the card they saved. When they sell, the money goes to their bank account, in seconds by SEPA Instant where their bank takes it.

What about licensing and compliance?

Selling gold to consumers is regulated as trading in precious metals. In the UAE, dealers in precious metals and stones fall under the anti-money-laundering law, supervised on the mainland and in commercial free zones by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism. In the EU, the AML Regulation covers every business that trades precious metals as a regular activity from 10 July 2027, and national rules apply until then. Holding a cash balance for customers can also need an e-money or payment licence, and many apps launch by selling the gold of a bullion dealer that already meets these rules. The app ships with KYC/AML, sanctions and PEP screening, fraud limits and an audit trail of every check, configured for your legal setup.

Do I really own 100% of the app?

Yes. On launch you receive the full source code of the mobile apps, the connector to your bullion partner and the backoffice, with infrastructure configuration and documentation. There is no licensing fee, no revenue share and no lock-in.
